The symposium will not take place in June 2020, but will be held in autumn 2020. The new date has not yet been fixed.

The meeting will discuss current technical advances in pathogen genomics in the context of one Health – in particular aspects of antibiotic resistance and transmission between environments, animals and humans. The aim is to foster a discussion between epidemiologists, microbiologists, data scientist, public health and infectious disease experts.
